How to Prepare

We ask that you bring all relative claim numbers to your initial appointment to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Bringing any recent X-ray and/or MRI imaging is also a good idea. Additionally, if you have a lawyer, it would be helpful to provide us with their contact information to coordinate your care seamlessly.
